AS9100 COMPLIANT · ISO 9001 COMPLIANT
Precision metal seals for the connections that can't leak.
KinetiSeal manufactures AS5202 K-port seals exclusively — one product line, built to the tolerances that launch vehicles, satellites, and defense hardware depend on.
INDUSTRIES SUPPORTED
Wherever a metal-to-metal port seal has to hold.
ABOUT KINETISEAL
Sealing technology built around one part, done exceptionally well.
Our engineering and production teams bring more than 40 years of combined aerospace sealing experience to a single focus: the AS5202 K-port seal. That focus lets us hold tighter tolerances, carry more finished inventory across dash sizes, and quote faster than sealing suppliers who spread their shop across dozens of product lines. We've supported launch vehicle manufacturers through qualification and production ramp, satellite programs with long-duration mission requirements, defense primes with MIL-spec documentation needs, and Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 suppliers feeding all of the above. Our quality system is AS9100 compliant.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026
KinetiSeal Technologies (“KinetiSeal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through kinetiseal.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you create a Seal Configurator account, submit the Contact form, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect information such as your first and last name, email address, company name, job title, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message or inquiry, including any technical requirements, dash sizes, materials, platings, or quantities you describe.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit the Site we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and general usage data (such as pages viewed and time spent on the Site), typically through cookies, log files, and similar technologies.
Information we do not collect. The Seal Configurator provides budgetary estimates only; we do not process payments or collect payment card information through the Site.
2. How we use your information
- To evaluate, approve, deny, or revoke Seal Configurator account access;
- To generate budgetary quotes and respond to configuration or pricing inquiries;
- To route Contact form submissions to the appropriate sales, engineering, or quality personnel and follow up with you;
- To communicate with you about your account, an active inquiry, or a program you are sourcing for;
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Site and diagnose technical issues;
- To comply with legal, contractual, regulatory, and export-control obligations described below; and
- To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, and safety of KinetiSeal, our customers, and others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or behavioral-marketing purposes.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses a limited number of cookies and similar local-storage technologies that are reasonably necessary to keep you signed in, remember your Seal Configurator selections during a session, and understand basic aggregate usage of the Site. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect the functionality of the Seal Configurator.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information collected through the Site with:
- Service providers who host, maintain, or support the Site and our business systems, under obligations to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us;
- Regulators and government authorities where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, including U.S. export-control, customs, and defense-related recordkeeping and reporting requirements applicable to aerospace and defense hardware suppliers;
- Professional advisors, such as legal counsel or auditors, as reasonably necessary; and
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. Export control
Because KinetiSeal manufactures hardware used in aerospace, defense, and other regulated industries, certain technical data exchanged in connection with an account, quote, or inquiry may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and other U.S. export-control laws. As part of account review, we may verify your identity, company affiliation, and country of citizenship or residence, and may decline to share certain technical information with individuals or entities who are not authorized to receive it under applicable law.
6. Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you submit to us.
7. Data retention
We retain account and Contact-form records for as long as reasonably necessary to support an active business relationship, respond to your inquiry, and satisfy applicable legal, tax, export-control, and quality-recordkeeping obligations (which, for aerospace hardware, can require multi-year retention of program-related records), after which the information is deleted or de-identified in the ordinary course.
8. Your privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion or correction of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Depending on where you live, similar rights may be available to you under other state or national privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12 below; we may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to, nor knowingly used to collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or resources not operated by KinetiSeal. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties, and this Policy does not apply to them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The “Last updated” date above indicates when this Policy was last revised, and continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Terms of Service
Last updated: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kinetiseal.com (the “Site”), operated by KinetiSeal Technologies (“KinetiSeal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Description of the site
The Site provides prospective and existing customers with technical information about AS5202 K-port seals and an instant budgetary quoting tool (the “Seal Configurator”). The Site is an informational and quoting resource only — it is not an e-commerce checkout, and no purchase, payment, or binding sale is completed through the Site.
2. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the company or entity you represent to create a Seal Configurator account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access to the Seal Configurator is granted at our sole discretion following account review, which may include verification of your identity, company affiliation, and eligibility to receive technical data under applicable export-control law (see Section 8). We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke account access at any time, with or without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or provide false information in an account application or Contact submission; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through scraping, reverse engineering, or introducing malicious code; (e) use the Seal Configurator to generate quotes for the purpose of reselling or redistributing our pricing data; or (f) use the Site to transmit or receive technical data in violation of applicable export-control laws.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the KinetiSeal name and marks, product images, and underlying software — are owned by KinetiSeal or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
5. Quotes, pricing, and orders
Quotes generated through the Seal Configurator are budgetary estimates only, based on the configuration and quantity you select, and do not constitute an offer, binding price commitment, or purchase agreement. Published pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities are subject to change without notice and may vary based on program-specific requirements, material availability, and other factors. A binding order is created only upon our issuance and your acceptance of a formal, signed quotation or purchase order, the written terms and conditions of which will govern that transaction and take precedence over anything stated on the Site in the event of a conflict.
6. Technical information
Dimensional data, material properties, temperature and pressure ratings, and other technical information on the Site are provided for general reference and preliminary evaluation purposes only. This information does not replace drawing-controlled dimensional data, material certifications, first-article inspection reports, or other quality documentation associated with a specific purchase order, and should not be relied upon for final design, qualification, or production decisions without independent verification through your KinetiSeal representative.
7. Export control and compliance
KinetiSeal manufactures hardware for use in aerospace, defense, and other regulated applications. Certain products, technical data, and related information available through or discussed via the Site may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and other U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws. By using the Site, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or party subject to U.S. embargo or export restrictions, and that you will not access, use, or disseminate technical data obtained through the Site in violation of such laws. We reserve the right to restrict access to any content or account where necessary to comply with these obligations.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE, INCLUDING THE SEAL CONFIGURATOR AND ALL INFORMATION, PRICING, AND QUOTES PROVIDED THROUGH IT, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM KINETISEAL ARE GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE WARRANTY TERMS, IF ANY, SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE ORDER OR SALES AGREEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINETISEAL AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS LIABILITY ARISING UNDER A SEPARATELY EXECUTED PURCHASE ORDER OR SALES AGREEMENT, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN TERMS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KinetiSeal and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law, including export-control laws.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Site or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4 and 7–13) will survive.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, such as a banner on the Site.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KinetiSeal regarding use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Site (but do not supersede or modify the terms of any separately executed purchase order or sales agreement).
15. Contact us
